• 12% of our workforce identify as neurodiverse, meeting our 10% target
• While our global operational carbon footprint increased 8% to 5,610.8 tCO2e, we’re implementing targeted strategies to address this challenge
• Our UK carbon footprint reduced by 8% compared to 2023
